REACTIVE DYED 100 PCT COTTON SHEETING Fabric 105GSM

The dyed sheeting Fabric C 32x32 68x68 57/8" 105gsm is a popular used fabric for bedsheetings, shirts, lady's blouse, inner fabric and pocketings. Our fabric are in well dyed with continuous dyeing machine, we use reactive dyes to make environmental effect. Processing is with all procedures. so the quality is not like those market fabrics. In past three years, we've exported large quantity of this sheeting fabric to South east countries, such like Thailand, Vietnam and Myanmar etc. with both dyed fabric and greige.

The yarns of the sheeting fabric 105gsm we adopting are brandnew cotton material comes from Xinjiang Cotton Base. We use rapier looms to weave poplin fabric in order to keep a stable high quality level. We make dyeing poplin fabric with continuous dyeing producing line to make every color almost in a same col-tone which is suitable for uniform making, especially for large quantity of a color. From this point our plain fabric will be much better than overflow dyeing. All dyestuffs we are useing are environmental dyes. Such plain fabric is suitable for making uniforms and leisurewear.

Our normal MOQ is 3000m per col, we also accept small quanity order more than 1000m of one color with some additional charges. We can make special weaving for client's special constructions.
